COMMUNITY CONSULTATION

Thousands of local voices have helped shape the Ecology Centre vision.

More than 2,000 votes were received through the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea's Grenfell Projects Fund consultation in support of an ecology/community centre at Hope Gardens.

Further consultations and petitions generated another 1,000 signatures from residents, demonstrating continued community engagement with the future development of Hope Gardens

FROM GARDEN TO LONG-TERM VISION

Community activity created the foundation for something bigger.

Hope Gardens began as a community-led response to a place carrying deep emotional significance. Continued gardening, volunteering and local involvement established the garden as an active community asset.

That experience helped lay the foundations for the proposed Ecology Centre - an ambition to extend the environmental, learning, wellbeing and community benefits of the garden into the surrounding space.
